No meditation experience is required. You will be guided throughout the whole session.

Workshops are non-refundable, but you can transfer your place to a friend or move to another workshop with 14 days’ notice.

We do require a minimum number of participants to make the workshop viable. If we do not have enough participants, we will give you a full refund or transfer your booking to the next available date. Thank you for your cooperation.
