Shipping Policy
At IzzyLoops, we take pride in hand-packing your orders with care and aim to get your items to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below are our current delivery options.
Placing an Order
To place an order, simply add your items to the cart. When you’re ready to check out, click on the Cart button and follow the steps to complete your purchase. During checkout, you’ll be shown the relevant delivery options based on your order.
Delivery Options
Free In-Store Collection
Choose this option at checkout if you'd like to collect your order from our shop in Rugby. We'll get in touch to arrange a collection time that works for you.
Standard Delivery – £4.99
Please allow 3–5 working days for delivery. Orders are typically sent via Royal Mail First Class, depending on the size and weight of your package.
Annie Sloan Paint Orders – £6.99
All paint orders are sent via ParcelForce Next Day Delivery.

Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the following working day.

For example: Order on a Monday before 2pm, and we’ll dispatch it on Tuesday. You can expect delivery on Wednesday.

Orders placed after 2pm will be packed the next day and dispatched the day after.
Furniture Delivery
Please note: We do not currently offer delivery on furniture items.
Furniture must be collected in-store. If you'd like to arrange a local delivery, please contact us to discuss possible options.
